Speaker Biographies

Karli Moch

Karli is most proud to be known as the mother of two crazy boys and a wife to an extremely patient husband. After spending years striving for titles and advancement within her career, Karli’s journey took an unexpected turn when a life-threatening illness shook her world in 2017. In the midst of this battle, she learned the art of surrender, leaning on faith and perseverance to turn life's challenges into breakthroughs.

Through her own transformation, Karli discovered the power of vulnerability and authenticity. As a speaker, she seamlessly connects by sharing her own stories and experiences, revealing the strength and beauty that emerge from life's toughest moments. Her book, "Battle to Breakthrough," shines as a beacon of hope for those facing hardships, inspiring them to embrace vulnerabilities as catalysts for growth. Now, as a certified dream manager and the driving force behind the Dream Project, Karli is on a mission. She empowers individuals, teams, and young minds to dream boldly, live purposefully, and unlock their full potential. Her aim? To help teams stand out and individuals feeling inspired, fostering unmatched engagement, success, and fulfillment.
